I deployed a custom BigBlueButton video conferencing solution on AWS, designed to support up to 300 users per session. This involved advanced configuration such as using Scalelite for load balancing, integrating custom SSL certificates for enhanced security, and whitelabeling the Greenlight interface to match client branding.  
 
  Key Deliverables:  
- Configured AWS EC2 instances and Scalelite for robust scalability.  
- Customized Greenlight for a fully branded user interface including logos, content, and links.  
- Enabled SSL certificate installation with auto-renewal.  
- Integrated admin accounts for seamless user management.  
- Customized default presentations and recording logos to enhance corporate identity.

  Challenges and Solutions:  
During the deployment, integrating Google sign-up posed conflicts with existing APIs. We opted to exclude this feature to ensure system stability and performance. Furthermore, we focused on proprietary solutions for future scalability enhancements.

  Outcome:  
The project was completed within an ambitious 2-day timeframe, resulting in a high-performance, secure, and scalable video conferencing platform tailored to the client's specific needs. The client gained a robust digital tool that reflected their brand identity and was equipped with comprehensive admin control for effective user management.
